With more than twenty years experience in servicing various industries across Banking & Finance, Fintech, Consulting and legal, Tory Stevens is the Co-Founder and the guiding force behind the business, focussed on delivering excellence in executive search for both her clients and candidates alike.

Kennedy & Stevens was established in 2008. Prior to starting up Kennedy & Stevens, Tory was an integral member of the management team at Link Executive Search.

Tory has an extensive and well established network throughout the Asia Pacific region, having lived and worked in Asia, predominantly Singapore, for almost a decade before returning to Australia.

In more recent years Tory’s extensive network has spread across the globe to incorporate Europe, where she has successfully established Kennedy & Stevens UK.

With a wealth of global contacts and excellent product knowledge, Tory’s core areas of specialisation has grown to encompass not only sell-side and buy-side of Banking and Finance, but also Fintech, Consulting and Legal sectors.

Tory’s strong track record in making placements within each of her specific markets are evidence of her focus and expertise.
